Stripped by sunlight

There's something extra sensuous about window light. Even on a cold morning, the sunlight becomes warmer as it filters through the glass and caresses your skin, running over every contour and finding its way into each window-facing crevice. It's a welcoming blanket that reveals rather than covers.

And of course if there is an appreciative audience on the other side of that window, all the more reason to strip down and feel the sun — and the searching eyes — over every inch of your skin.

Those were the feelings I experienced when photographer Andrew Caldwell got me naked in his studio a couple of years ago.
