Portrait of the artist with an old man

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Randal Fedje, a talented young artist from Canada. As you can see from his Web site, Randal is talented in multiple media, including photography, painting, ceramics, and more.

I was lucky enough to spend some time with Randal when he visited the U.S. in 2008. Despite our age differences, there was some definite chemistry. In one of our free moments, we decided to try to capture some of that energy in a makeshift studio. Although the space imposed a number of serious limitations for any photographer, Randal did an amazing job of portraying the kind of magic that occasionally happens between an older man and younger beau. Maybe it's like John Galsworthy said: "Love has no age, no limit; and no death." Well, we can hope.

But you be the judge. The photos from that session are available now in the Nakedism photography department. The photo set called Daddy's Boy shows Randal not only to be a talented photographer, but a beautiful, sexy young man as well.
